Sources & Methodology
How Terhal gathers its information and rates how reliable it is
Sources & Methodology
https://trhal.app/en/methodology.html
How we work
Every number should lead to a source
We turn scattered references into a practical decision while keeping facts and editorial estimates visibly separate.
How we choose places
We rely first on official sources and operators when available, then technical references and trusted travel publications. Time-sensitive details such as prices and hours carry a visible source and review date.
What the verification statuses mean
Confirmed informationFrom an official or highly trusted source
UnverifiedFrom a single travel source, not yet cross-checked against others
Price confirmation advisedWe found conflicting sources, so we show that instead of picking a random number
Terhal's editorial estimateOur internal editorial view (e.g. neighborhood scores), not an official fact
Review cycle
Time-sensitive information is revisited when a destination guide is updated. Sitemap dates change only when the page or its sources actually change.
Corrections
Send the page URL and the newer source to info@trhal.app. We compare the report with the source, then update the copy and review date.
